Return Policy

If there is a mistake or fault with your order such as a defective product or the product is not what you ordered, contact us here or email and we will either refund you, send you the correct product, or give you a voucher.

If you have simply changed your mind, contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis. Depending on how far the order is in the process, you may be liable for courier fees and/or admin fees.

To ensure your return request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products:

  • Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit.
  • Clearly mark your reference number on the outside of the parcel.
  • Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds for returns are only processed once the goods have arrived back at our warehouse and have been inspected.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
